Before choosing a course, check where each project begins
Two courses can promise the same finished project while asking learners to do different work. One may supply a nearly complete template; another may begin with a blank workspace. Ask to see the starting files as well as the final example. A supplied structure can let beginners focus on one new idea, while building the structure may itself be an important part of your intended learning. Note which decisions are already made and which the student is expected to make.
Use KGAM to explore Russian-language online courses, then clarify the project setup with the school. If templates are used, ask whether later assignments explain how to create or adapt them. If learners start from nothing, check that the programme teaches the necessary setup. Neither starting point is automatically better. The useful comparison is whether the work you will actually perform matches the skill you want to practise, rather than simply whether the finished example looks impressive.
